The Blue & The Gray Civil War Reenactment is presented by the Rotary Club of Moorpark
EVENT GENERAL INFORMATION:
This marks the 12th year of The Blue & The Gray, a Civil War Reenactment.
It is the largest battle reenactment west of the Mississippi.
Reenactors come from all over the state each fall for this spectacular event.

This event takes place near Underwood Family Farms at the Tierra Rejada Ranch at 3370 Sunset Valley Rd. in Moorpark, California.

EVENT MISSION:
The MISSION of the "Civil War Reenactment" is to
educate the general public about the historical significance of the Civil War and its effect and influence on the history of the great nation of the United States of America including demonstrating the horrors of war which led to an enormous number of ultimate sacrifices given by the military and how the end result was the abolishment of slavery.
