Bill Swink Memorial Award
The Bill Swink Memorial Award is given annually by the Rotary Club of Simi Valley to a citizen or business of Simi Valley who best represents the spirit and sense of community through volunteerism and Service Above Self.
All nominations must be in writing and postmarked by April 1, 2010. No electronic submissions.
